When you live at The Landmark, the only thing you have to concern yourself with is how to enjoy each day to the fullest, on your terms and on your schedule. We handle the details while you decide on whether to hit the gym for a workout, or participate in a group outing, or join in one of the many activities organized by the full time recreation staff. Or maybe you just want to jump in your car and explore the countryside or hop on the bus to head for the mall.
We have 38 suites in total with 4 unit floor plans.*
All of the suites at The Landmark are completely self-contained with 3-piece ensuite with grab rails, closet, access to spa room, kitchenette and individually controlled heating and air conditioning and 24-hour building security. There are also emergency call buttons located in the bathroom and bedside in each suite. In addition to the individual suites, t8here is also a Great Room for social gatherings and recreational activities, dining room, a full communal country kitchen and beautifully landscaped grounds with courtyards, gardens, benches and barbeque.
Four unique floor plans:
- 23 Outside View Standard Suites without patio;
- 9 Garden Standard Suites with patio;
- 4 One-Bedroom Suites (2 courtyard view and 2 garden view) with and living room; and
- 2 Studio Suites (large standard suite).

At The Landmark, you never again have to worry about moving. As you age and your needs evolve, you can continue living right where you are and take advantage of the additional care services we offer.
We offer two distinct levels of care:
This is our basic, minimal-care package for our independent and self-sufficient residents. It includes rent and utilities (excluding phone and cable), 3 delicious and nutritious meals daily served in our dining room as well as daily snacks and beverages. Also included is access to our in-house calendar of recreational and social activities, and housekeeping service for bed making, laundry, weekly house cleaning, fridge cleaning, windows and linens. There is also some assistance with spa or shower and on-call 24-hour nursing service in case of emergency as well as medication delivery and monitoring.
This package includes all the services included in our Independent Plus package, as well as the added available services of personal hygiene care and dressing/undressing in the mornings and evenings as well as help with bathing and bathroom, application of creams, completion reminders, additional housekeeping, one person assistance with transfers, total assistance with bathing, transport to and from dining room, assistance with meals if required, assistance with incontinence (but not incontinence supplies), catheterization and skin and wound care.
Second Occupancy Fee
A second occupancy fee will apply when two people, such as a couple, siblings, two friends or parent and child, move in together to occupy the same suite.
